Where does Perfume Line deliver to?At the moment we deliver across the UK, if you want to take your orders abroad we are happy to deliver to the shipping agent for onward transfer, please make sure this is pre-arranged with the shipping agent.
Can I change or cancel an order I placedPerfume Line do allow you to exchange a product if you are not completely satisfied with your current order. Please contact us by email email@example.com and we will issue you with the return address
Cancelling before deliveryIf you have not yet received your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and depending on the status of the order we may be able to cancel your order for you.
Can I track my delivery?Your order confirmation will confirm the type of delivery you are expecting. You can track your order in the following ways:
Normal deliveryDPD will contact you, usually the day before the actual delivery, with information on how to track your order. If you have purchased online you will be able to track your order. You will need your order number and postcode and the email address you gave when the order was placed.
Can I return items?
Please ensure that you return goods to us within 14 days from delivery. We recommend that you return your items via registered and insured post, however you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If a return is payable to you we will process the refund as quickly as possible and in any case within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the original order back to us. Please note that we are unable to refund any shipping costs.
