Where does Perfume Line deliver to?

At the moment we deliver across the UK, if you want to take your orders abroad we are happy to deliver to the shipping agent for onward transfer, please make sure this is pre-arranged with the shipping agent.

Can I change or cancel an order I placed

Perfume Line do allow you to exchange a product if you are not completely satisfied with your current order. Please contact us by email perfumeline2@gmail.com and we will issue you with the return address

Cancelling before delivery

If you have not yet received your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and depending on the status of the order we may be able to cancel your order for you.

Can I track my delivery?

Your order confirmation will confirm the type of delivery you are expecting. You can track your order in the following ways:

Normal delivery

DPD will contact you, usually the day before the actual delivery, with information on how to track your order. If you have purchased online you will be able to track your order. You will need your order number and postcode and the email address you gave when the order was placed.

Can I return items?

Please ensure that you return goods to us within 14 days from delivery. We recommend that you return your items via registered and insured post, however you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If a return is payable to you we will process the refund as quickly as possible and in any case within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the original order back to us. Please note that we are unable to refund any shipping costs.

How do I know your website is secure?
Security is extremly important to us, our website has security measures to protect data from being loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Certain areas of our website use industry standard SSL to encrypt sensitive data, such as your billing address details. We record IP address of persons submitting orders to aid fraud prevention and will disclose any information necessary to fully co-operate with law enforcement authorities in investigating suspected lawbreakers.
Do you ever run out of popular product lines
Occasionally yes. In the unlikely event that an item is not stock we will contact you within the receipt of the order. You will have the option of cancelling or continuing with the remainder of the order. If you like to be emailed when a particular product comes back in stock please contact us with the product details.
How do I pay
You will have to pay online. We accept in United Kingdom Pounds (£), Euro € For payments made in GBP we accept: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard and PayPal For Paypal for GBP, Euro and US dollars. Please do not send cash or cheques to us.

If you have not received your order after the time period then please contact us and we will do all we can to help.
